For the love of all that is good and holy…get used to eating in a restaurant by yourself. It’s not awkward or weird. It’s normal. And sometimes you’ll have the coolest conversations.
Life is all about who you surround yourself with. My trainer didn’t tell me to quit or treat me like I was breakable. He asked what my plan was and literally supported me through it. I did the thing. Got back up and finished my set. Surround yourself with good people.

Today, during my training session, I fell off a machine (assisted pull ups). I’m fine, just a bruised ego. My trainer caught me - thanks Jackson! - but I was incredibly angry. At myself, at my body, at failing.

As someone who has a chronic injury, it’s very easy to use it as an excuse. To decide I’m just not going to do something (or can’t do something). I’m incredibly thankful that my trainer literally looked at me and asked if we were done or not. Nope. Not ending it like that.

Also, I want whatever the creative team was on when they came up with this opening ceremony. The scale, shifts (historical/modern day, real life/animation, etc.) and just overall production…someday, I want to have that big of creative balls. #OlympicGamesParis2024
Spent the past week in MN with my family, came back to TN and my MN accent is out in full force. Ope. 😂 It’s never truly gone away even though I’ve been out of the state for over a decade, it’s just verrrrrrrrry strong after my visit.
@AmericanAir - I know it’s a crazy day for travel, but I have to give a HUGE thank you to the gate crew at E12 in MSP working AA894. They were calm, friendly, and EXTREMELY helpful in getting me on my flight home. Their assistance was greatly appreciated. THANK YOU!
♥️🤍💙
You’re telling me, I’m supposed to put my trust in one of the adults that spent nearly two hours in a pissing contest rather than actually present how they would move America forward? We’re all being punked right?
