We have just left the motorway and will be with you shortly. Thanks for your patience tonight. The girls have been an absolute credit to their families and to the school; we have had so many positive comments about their behaviour & attitude - the whole trip has been a privilege.

New (and hopefully final) ETA is midnight - we had to miss a section of the M6 due to a junction closure but we are now about to leave the M6 toll

Just about to leave the services and head home - we should be there for just after 11:30

We are finally getting close to Watford Gap where we will stop to eat - our best estimate at the moment is 11:30 back at school. Apologies and thanks in advance for your patience

Our luck had to run out eventually! Traffic on the M25 is horrendous - unfortunately we will be home much later than planned. We will keep you posted re: times.

We’re just 20 minutes behind our scheduled arrival time - we’ve left Dover and we’re on our way home!

Terrible photo due to the rain but the white cliffs of Dover are there somewhere! We will be arriving at the port in about 10mins then we’ll be setting off for home

We are on board the ferry and setting sail in around 10mins 👍

We’ve safely cleared passport control and the ferry is currently on time - we SHOULD be crossing at 15:40 local time and arriving in Dover at 16:10 UK time 🤞🤞🤞

We’ve left Ypres and we’re now on our way to Calais - we’ll keep you updated with our progress!
