@VendHelp 3+ hours after the outage was reported by us (and I’m sure many others) this is the reply formulated by the award winning customer service team. That they’ve “just been made aware” of a “possible” outage. LOL.
@raydays@explosivechrgn @VendHelp @vendhq We are too. And I think we’re a decent sized user for them. 37 stores in 7 states. But VEND customer support has gotten extremely poor- despite their claims of winning awards for it lol ridiculous.

@VendHelp Vend is down but the status page shows fully operational. We have not been able to get a hold of anyone all morning via multiple channels. Is everything ok over there? @vendhq
@DawnBlandFit @VendHelp @vendhq Almost unbelievable. They even have a VENDHELP accnt and we still can’t get a reply. We have 37 stores in 7 states. We can’t login to our stores. Can do 0 sales. It’s a very big issue for us. I guess we shouldn’t be too worried because their customer service team wins awards /s
