Update from audi uk. The update is Nothing. No phone call as promised and now legal action. As a major car company who thrive on reputation. It’s shit. 8 weeks to get an alternator replaced on warranty. Avoid Audi they don’t care about paying customers.

@AudiUK @jardinemotorsuk why does it take 7 weeks to get a car fixed. Why does is take 6 emails and about 30 phones calls to Audi Uk customer service. When Jardine customer service doesn’t bother calling you back. Your customer service is shocking to say the least. 🤬

@sparkysliders @AudiUK @jardinemotorsuk Shocking service mate. Over 7 weeks to fix a faulty alternator under warranty. You’d expect piss poor service from a second hand car garage but a main dealer when nobody phones you back or can’t get any sense. I’ll keep posting rants till it gets sorted.
