El director de la @UNPColombia, Augusto Rodríguez, protegió a este señor. Retiró al abogado que representaba a la UNP dentro del proceso penal que promoví y llevé hasta juicio. Desde ese momento, la entidad dejó, de manera inexplicable, de asistir a las audiencias y de colaborar con el esclarecimiento de los hechos.

Además, le entregué personalmente al director las pruebas de que este funcionario público ejerció como abogado defensor dentro de un proceso, una actuación que debía ser investigada. ¿Qué pasó? Nada.

La pregunta es inevitable: ¿por qué la UNP decidió abandonar el proceso y no actuar frente a las pruebas que tenía en sus manos? ¿Augusto Rodríguez le tuvo miedo al poder?
