Today’s decision regarding birthright citizenship is a travesty.

The Fourteenth Amendment was written to overturn Dred Scott and guarantee citizenship to freed slaves—not to create automatic citizenship for the children of those who violate our immigration laws or are only temporarily in the United States. This decision will only invite further exploitation of our immigration system.

The Court adopted an interpretation that departs from the original meaning of the Constitution and incentivizes illegal immigration.

Congress retains the authority to clarify federal law, and it should act immediately to restore the original meaning of the Citizenship Clause and protect the integrity of American citizenship.

sufficient duration is conducted to assess, specifically, the safety of the IPOL vaccine.

There are two vaccines, those developed by Jonas Salk and Albert Sabin, that are still in use today, although their usage does varies by region.

Jonas Salk's inactivated polio vaccine (IPV): This injectable vaccine is still widely used in many countries, including the United States, because it cannot cause polio and is very effective at preventing the disease.

Albert Sabin's oral polio vaccine (OPV): This live-attenuated vaccine is still used in some parts of the world, especially in areas where polio is still endemic or where the risk of transmission is higher. OPV is easier to administer and provides excellent immunity, but in very rare cases, it can cause vaccine-derived poliovirus (VDPV).
