Meet Willis! He is only about 9 months old. He is a Chiba (chihuahua x basset hound) from Arkansas. Willis is a bit shy with new people so he needs a little time to warm up to you. Once he trusts you, Willis is very affectionate! He can’t wait to find his pawfect people!
