Russell Bertrand presents Billy Gilman with the Paul Harris Fellow from the Wakefield Rotary Club. Also, the Chariho Rotary Club honored Gilman’s late grandfather Gus Woodmansee by posthumously naming him a Paul Harris Fellow as well.
