About ten months ago I flew out to Turkey for a hair transplant because my double crown was getting excessively big , now the results are here and it's growing back rapidly ☺️😊😁😜

Today we visited phu quoc prison, absolutely horrific what happened to the prisoners here 😢

Hello Patrick, myself and my wife left the UK last September, sold everything we had and went travelling round Asia and haven't looked back . We have settled on the island of Phu Quoc Vietnam and watch GB news which confirms we did the right thing . Continued

After travelling through Vietnam, Thailand the Philippines and Cambodia we have now settled on the island of Phu Quoc Vietnam, so there will be no more travelling around for us now for a while. Phu Quoc is a beautiful island and we absolutely love it here 😍 @militaryhistori

You can't go to Cambodia without travelling to Siem Reap and visiting the 8th Wonder of the world. Angkor wat ..

Wow unbelievable what happened i had very little knowledge of what happened under the Kampuchea regime ....... today we went to the killing fields pictures are in link , one of which is the killing tree were children were flung at and horrifically killed
