The St. Charles County CAPS Associates are out in the medical field this week embarking on their 1st Observational Rotations. The Associates are job shadowing expert medical professionals in St. Charles County and learning so much.
The Associates got to tour SCCAD base 24 and learn more about careers in EMT/Paramedics. Thank you to @sccadems for hosting the CAPS Associates today!
@scccaps
Got a 2.4 GPA my first semester in college. Thought maybe I wasn’t cut out for engineering. Today I’ve landed two spacecraft on Mars, and am now designing one for the Moon.
STEM is hard for everyone. Grades ultimately aren’t what matter. Curiosity and perseverance matter.
Thank you Pediatric emergency medicine fellow Dr. Finney for being open and honest about your path to where you are now. And an extra thank you for bringing the suturing kits for the associates to practice!
Thanks again to the @SSMHealthSTL continuous improvement team for creating meaningful and engaging content for our healthcare associates around continuous self improvement, servant leadership, and growth mindset.
The healthcare associates got a lesson in process improvement today by @SSMHealthSTL. We can’t thank the CI team enough for their partnership this year!
@SSMHealthSTL ‘s Chip Phelan discussed his role as a STEMI coordinator, his continuing education to become a DNP, and gave advice to this year’s @scccaps healthcare associates.
Big thanks to Coach Eldredge for running 107 miles to show support for ALL of Liberty! We appreciate your dedication to our school community! Thank you for finding a creative way to help us in raising donations for All Clubs, All Activities, All Sports.
