An early example of craftsmanship from the UAE nearly 3,000 years ago.

This copper axe head was made using locally mined copper and would have been completed with a wooden shaft, carried in a similar way to the jirz seen in later periods.

أحد أقدم نماذج الحِرَفية في دولة الإمارات، يعود إلى نحو ٣،٠٠٠ عام.

صُنع رأس الفأس من نحاس مستخرج من الجبال المحلية، ثم اكتمل الفأس بمقبضٍ خشبي، وكان يُحمل بطريقة تشبه الجِرز الذي ظهر في فترات تاريخية لاحقة.
