We all are in stressful situations. In this time of pandemic, anything can get out of control and we deal with difficult emotions everyday. As it is World Mental Health Day, take time to remember that your Mental Health is important.

Get your nails done, do some exercise, meditate, play board games, cook your favorite dish, and video call your relatives or friends. Do whatever you want to do. Do whatever you think that works best for you.
