Negotiations between Saks Global & Dallas city government weren’t successful which means that now the time has run out.

Both the Zodiac & Bridal Salon will be relocating just miles away to NM NorthPark Center which is now the flagship.

70% of it had been converted into office space & it was quite sad to experience. Very disheartening.

And where a brand like Jacquemus could have the freedom to build a fully functional bowling alley in the men’s department.

NM is only the latest in a list of high-profile tenants to leave downtown Dallas for other parts of the city.
