The amendments to the cannabis tax ordinance approved by the BOS go into effect on 7/1.
New rates:
• $0.75/sq. ft. for outdoor cultivation
• $12.50/sq. ft. for indoor cultivation
• $3.00/sq. ft. for mixed-light cultivation
Tax rates for other license types remain unchanged.
