@WeAreVIVIDhomes Why do you continue to fail to respond to complaints? Why is your communication so awful! You must be able to afford better considering the amount you keeping charging your customers!

[Sarah C Johnson @SCJ37]

@marksandspencer offer a free gift for completing a survey and the charge for the delivery! I bet I wasn't the only person who completed the survey and didn't take the "free" gift!!

[Sarah C Johnson @SCJ37]

Yesterday I swam 750metres yet my @Apple watch registered 25m. Is this a design fault?

[Sarah C Johnson @SCJ37]

@IKEAUK why don’t you provide videos of how to assemble your product or a helpful app like @LEGO_Group do? Would be so beneficial!

[Sarah C Johnson @SCJ37]

@WayfairUK I have a complaint about a product that I bought from you recently, but the only way I can see to do this is on your live chat. I've already wasted too much time trying to get answers from you on this. Please give me another way!

[Sarah C Johnson @SCJ37]

This guy’s lucky I waited 6! @theAA_uk

[Sarah C Johnson @SCJ37]

@LEGOLANDWindsor why don’t you have benches near the rides for those who can’t stand and use the access pass? The whole park is really hard for those who can’t walk long distances and the lack of seating everywhere makes it even harder!

[Sarah C Johnson @SCJ37]

@marksandspencer I sent an email to your property department but I’m still waiting for a reply!

[Sarah C Johnson @SCJ37]

@marksandspencer I’m interested in a vacant property that I understand is yours in Farnham, who can i talk to about it please?

[Sarah C Johnson @SCJ37]

@sainsburys you still don’t have working wifi in your Watchmoor Park Camberley store, which means the Scan & Shop fails. How hard is it to get a booster??

[Sarah C Johnson @SCJ37]

@RushmoorCouncil What a shame it will not fulfil the needs of the residents or the promises made to those who used to hire the sports hall before in was knocked down. Another gym is not what Farnborough needs!

[Sarah C Johnson @SCJ37]

Finally visited #Liverpool and I think it’s the friendliest city I’ve been to! Everyone was really helpful, was even offered to help with directions without asking!

[Sarah C Johnson @SCJ37]

@sainsburys i see you still haven’t fixed the wifi in your Watchmoor Park store!

[Sarah C Johnson @SCJ37]

Absolute genius innovation for breakfast! Well done @HiltonHotels

@sainsburys haven’t had any follow up on my dm regarding wifi at Watchmoor Park.

[Sarah C Johnson @SCJ37]

#DuvetKnowItsChristmas in the playroom at my niece’s house. She’s decorated especially for me at Christmas with lots of lights and special Christmas duvet!

[Sarah C Johnson @SCJ37]

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

[Sarah C Johnson @SCJ37]

@sainsburys please can you sort the wifi in your Camberley Watchmoor Park store? It’s never very reliable and 4g is unavailable. Makes using the Smart Shop almost impossible! You have to hold things until you get a good spot and then scan loads in one go!!

[Sarah C Johnson @SCJ37]

@vienna is such a beautiful city, the only thing that ruins it, is the graffiti! It’s everywhere, especially by the river and looks awful!
