All the incentives point to training kids to read to extract answers.

@Brandon_Sneide It's not that he's unfamiliar with the fence. The problem is that he's just not a very good fundamental outfielder. He's gotten away with simple athleticism for too long and never really learned how to play the position. This isn't a new issue.

@dilanesper Most of the public don't understand that, because local governments often don't have other taxation authority, property tax abolition would entail a significant shift of power away from localities to state government.
