@MTMisesCaucus@phoenux2016@brittany4lnc Their narratives are hilarious and obvious. Another one: "We were trying to stop the MC from hijacking the convention...that's why we voted against returning control to the local Hawaiians and are still whining about it."
@phoenux2016@MTMisesCaucus@brittany4lnc Now it's obvious that you're not arguing in good faith. We rallied something like 60 people in the hours before the meeting to stop you from hijacking it. We had control and gave it back to Hawaii. Your plan failed. We had a large majority. Hawaiians prevailed. Cry about it.
@phoenux2016@brittany4lnc There was no Mises plan. Whoever told you that is mistaken or lying. We only joined at the last minute to counter an *Alliance plan.* Evidenced by the fact that unlike the Alliance folks, we voted to uphold the Chair's ruling that limited participation to actual Hawaiians.

@imsarahbella@brittany4lnc How would you even dispute the charges? It was a voluntary donation, not a purchase.
So you'll get their PayPal account shut down (or something) just because you lost at your own game? Innocent LPHI members were/are the victim of your shortsighted scheme. Stop compounding it.
@imsarahbella@JoeWChristman@brittany4lnc The vast majority of those "disenfranchised members" voted to uphold the Chair's ruling. You would have lost either way. Go cry about it.
This incredible lady is Lyn Ulbricht.
When her son Ross was arrested in 2013 for making a website, and soon after given a double life sentence, Lyn knew it was up to her to get him free.
Lyn had zero experience in politics and activism. She was not wealthy and didn't have powerful connections.
But she had something much more powerful than any of that: an undying love and devotion for her son.
She may not have known what to do, but she was going to figure it out, and she was going to keep doing it until Ross was back home, where he belonged.
And with that, Lyn hit the road, the airwaves, the podcast circuit, and anywhere else she could go to raise awareness of Ross's plight.
Lyn has been a spearhead of the Free Ross movement.
I have personally seen her more times than I can count over the past few years, at multiple events across the country.
She has become prolific in the liberty movement, the Bitcoin movement, and anywhere else that might be sympathetic to Ross.
I've seen her at convention centers, campgrounds, rallies. You name it, Lyn's been there, with the same message: Free Ross Ulbricht.
Tasha and I have become very close friends with her over these years, and we've been inspired by her commitment and drive.
Last night, all of Lyn's 12 years of hard work have finally paid off.
Ross is free.
I selfishly hope that she stays involved in the liberty movement. We could absolutely use her determination and cheery spirit in the fights ahead.
But I honestly wouldn't blame her if she spent the rest of her life enjoying Ross's freedom, and left activism behind to focus on what she's always focused on: being a devoted mother (and maybe one day soon, a grandmother).
She has more than earned that.
Congratulations, Lyn. We love you.
Quibbling over a few hours when they came through—not just with the promised commutation, but a full, unconditional pardon—is the definition of missing the forest for the trees. These people will whine about anything to avoid giving credit where it's due.
If you want to make America great again, do what @JMilei is doing to make Argentina great again:
Slash the size of government.
Eliminate entire agencies.
Massively reduce regulations and taxes.
Reign in the central bank.
Anything that falls short of this will fail.
Afuera!
