A thread to clarify my standard for a SCOTUSgami:
In the spirit of other -gami’s, they shouldn’t be too frequent. To achieve this, I’ve chosen to only count individual pieces of writing that are joined by unique sets of justices.
Justice Thomas wrote two solo opinions today, a concurrence in Sripetch v. SEC and a dissent in FCC v. AT&T. Over the past ten terms (since 2016), he has now written 114 opinions that were joined by no other justices, including 49 concurrences and 37 dissents.
Justices Gorsuch and Jackson each wrote unanimous opinions today; there have now been 73 opinions that were joined by all 9 of the current justices. Jackson has written the most, with 12 (tied with Sotomayor), followed by Gorsuch, who has written 9 (tied with Kagan).

@BW19791 Furthermore, by these criteria, Jackson and Thomas are quite close to each other over the time period since she joined the court. Thomas has written 38 solo opinions over that time, 12 of which were dissents, compared to Jackson's 37 and 11, respectively, as previously stated.
Justice Jackson’s lone dissent today in Fernandez v. US was the 37th time she has written an opinion which was not joined by any other justice, and it was her 11th such dissent.
I am only counting argued, non-per curiam cases, and she has written 11 dissenting opinions in those cases that were not joined by any other justices. It's true that she has only been a lone dissenter 4 times, but there have been several other cases in which other justices dissented but Jackson still wrote an opinion of her own. Those are also counted here, since they too represent some part of her jurisprudence which differs from the other 8 justices'.
Roberts, Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett were the majority in both Fernandez v. US and Rutherford v. US today. These cases are the 42nd and 43rd times that lineup has occurred in an opinion.
Justice Barrett had written only 2 of the previous 41 such opinions, but she wrote both today. She and Justice Kavanaugh are now tied as the most infrequent writers for that lineup.
