Imagine instead of the transforming Z-Saber that also shoots things, Zero "shoots" by having the Cyber-Elf X floating nearby do the shooting for him. Every time you hit the shoot button Cyber-Elf X would fire.

ngl I still think having X dead in the Zero series so that Zero can have the spotlight all to himself was a bad move.

X being a cyber-elf isn't a bad idea but having him completely out of the fight is ridiculous. He could've followed Zero around and helped him fight.
