Winds have picked up some but rain is still 1-2 hours away from WNJ and maybe 3-4 hours from ENJ. A thin but slow moving area of heavy rain and gusty winds followed by lighter rain that should taper off later Monday morning. Still thinking .30 inches of rain at most. But at some point overnight there should be a quick windy punch of it. Be safe! JC
