Peyton Acker was recognized for his Eagle Scout project at the Town Council meeting of 10/16/23. Chairman, Bob Bryant, presented him with the award. His project is an informational kiosk for the Salem Bike-Ped Corridor and is located by the old Tuscan Kitchen.
The Town of Salem's annual Trunk or Treat event was Thursday night. The mild weather brought out a large crowd of kids and adults that enjoyed the costume parade, the brightly decorated Trunks and all the festivities.
