For 25 years, the Prison Litigation Reform Act has ensured there is little hope for people in prison to challenge unlawful conditions of confinement & other abuses. Congress must repeal this unjust law and provide millions of people in prison with equitable access to the courts.

A hate-crime law increasing penalties for violence targeting LGBTQ persons is apparently a nonstarter in SC. Regardless of anyone's feelings about sex or gender, can't we agree that violence driven by hateful ideology is wrong?
