@united stop focusing on your credit card holders and start focusing on your fliers. I have been on 30 flights this year and feel meaningless which means that I really feel for my daughter whose luggage you left at her departure location. Do better.
@united is a disappointment. I booked a first class ticket and my flight got cancelled. They rebooked me on a flight in economy plus. There were first class seats available but they wanted me to pay extra for one of those seats.
