@Moes_HQ New app does not work. I cannot reset my password. Everything types in upper case. When I do get a chance to change the password the app does not recognize it. I have $19 in rewards I wanted to use last night and could not.

@Moes_HQ For some reason the app updated and I had to sign in. I have been trying to reset my password for an hour and I continue to get email and or password not valid. This last time when I tried to send a password reset it said forbidden. I have rewards $ I want to use.
