I’m not an expert but I don’t think it is discrimination if the action isn’t possible with the other gender. Men could pee on pregnancy sticks but that is obviously absurd so asking only women to do it isn’t discrimination. There is probably a Latin term for it. Maybe a lawyer will happen along.

I’m not happy about it either but calling it murder is a stretch unless you have proof death was an intended consequence. Looks more like involuntary manslaughter at worst. Probably not even that. It isn’t like other countries are entitled to US aid. I hope Democrats restore a lot of it but it’s a nice thing to do that usually benefits us as well, not an entitlement.
