@iamrpk Rookie! Also id say the ones tracking it this hard are thr minority of share holders, they are the extreme shareholders. I'd doubt anywhere near 99% ...
@vonbraunish@Acxxu@kshaughnessy2 It's pretty fucking clear. Shares sold(they sold em) , but not yet purchased(they don't have em, they don't have a locate, they are short basically).
So sold shit they don't own.
@MakeGMEGr8Again@ChuckH14491265@Malone_Wealth Why? It puts your name as owner and prevents brokers from lending out your shares. Move 1 share and once everything is setup move the rest(i left 1 in a broker to sell for a million eventually)
@noctis_research@high_in_seattle Direct registration does. Forces delivery of a real share. Drs all the shares of all the stocks, let's find out just how deep this goes.
@high_in_seattle@noctis_research you would have to let your cash clear before buy. Most purchases are done before cash clears, so those shares would be margin shares even if you're in a cash account. It doesn't matter tho, the broker is already that shady/slimy uncle you have who will break the rules anyways
@noctis_research@Infinitynova741 I was gonna say I think they are all that way, but then I realized you said within the same broker. Across brokers I am starting to wonder if it applies to ALL, yes every single stock out there.
@TurboRhoads@aj_ct007@MrMikeInvesting No no they are not... even if some come back they won't insure everyone to limit risk. No insurance company wants to insure all the property in an area cause the losses would be so big if that area gets hit. They want the houses they insure to be spread out to limit risk.
