Wise support as of now. They are blaming the weather. I just got an email informing me that they would get back within 14 days - for an issue related to a digital transfer done in seconds. @transferwise
.@aircanada resurrected my refund claim, received today in full. Thanks Air Canada - I suffered some grief, but you did the right thing in the end, much appreciated.
.@AirCanada: after the arduous process of submitting a refund request in regards to strike, I got a quick response offering me a 60% refund; went to reply to my case on AC website, discovered it had been changed to “Resolved” and no longer exists…. NOT OK!
.@AirCanada offered me ~60% refund on flight cancelled due to their strike action. Strike triumphantly resolved and I am now receiving 25% off flight offers by email. Oh the irony….
.@AirCanada charged me a $600+ fee when I followed their suggestion to cancel my flight due to their probable strike. I booked the flight with a refund voucher from a prior flight they had cancelled. WOW!
