@thenec … visiting the Creative Craft Show today and having coffee at Artisan Coffee and Bakehouse … it happens every time - people arriving want refreshments yet you only have two staff on duty at probably one of the busiest times of the day.
@Tesco not so much a query as an observation. 3 staffed tills (as opposed to the self-serve ones) open on a busy Saturday afternoon at your Burnt Tree store is really poor customer service. And a call out for assistance brought NO-ONE!!
@thehundred Sorry, but your comms are very poor - no notifications via the app (that you keep banging on about ‘for all the up-to-date info’) nor any announcement at the ground … only found out via Twitter. Just not good enough!
@Tesco sorry to say that your push for automation at the checkouts has resulted in a very poor level of service for everyone … till queues today in Dudley are wholly unacceptable. Some extra staff to man the empty tills might be a start.
@WMmetro Thank you … but only marginally better today … just waited nearly 3 mins for a ‘1 min’ tram at Lodge Road. No point in publishing a timetable if you’re not going to operate to it.
@WMmetro your signs say a normal service is running yet your arrival timings are horribly far out … I have just timed a 4 min difference in board times as actually taking 12 minutes … and there’s still 8 mins to go. I calc another 24 mins on that basis.
@WMmetro not helpful to say that everything is running well only to find delays of up to 12 mins when arriving at Lodge Road. Please update Twitter and, more especially, the TfWM app otherwise what’s the point of having them??
@coffeenumber1 … sorry to report but your service in Leamington Spa branch is very poor today .., slow and error-strewn. Too busy to complain directly to staff, but we’ll below your usual high standards.
