@Headteacherchat Set yourself some admin time during the week and be disciplined with it- unless a safeguarding issue you’re not to be disturbed. Share your diary with staff so they know when they can ‘drop in’.
Lots of lists! Will be lots on your to do list that you might not get to- & thats ok

@Headteacherchat Any details on funding to support, most schools I know have budgeted for 3.5%, if no support given there are going to be a lot of schools/trusts in a very difficult position.

@philsharrock I completed mine 4 years ago, found it extremely useful for strategic thinking, networking and other elements that some senior leaders aren’t exposed to when in big trusts, such as governance and finance. The thinking time was extremely useful!
