Scenero: customer sees stock price climbing, and contacts Broker to cancel a Sell Order now labeled "Too Late to Cancel". Customer informed the order has been executed or in the process of executing. Is this just policy or a legally binding financial contract? SEC and/or US Treasury Dept enforcement?

SEC is the primary federal regulator of broker-dealers, exchanges, and equity trading. It oversees rules on trade reporting, best execution, market structure (e.g., Regulation NMS), and clearly erroneous trade procedures. Exchanges have self-regulatory rules (subject to SEC oversight) governing order acceptance, cancellation windows, and trade busts. FINRA enforces many broker conduct rules. #MMTLP

SEC DOJ both open up an investigation days after Susquehanna filed a lawsuit for insider trading that took place on May 22nd 2026.

Citadel Securities joined the lawsuit early July 2026 alleging 28 Million lose due to insider trading.

Susquehanna lose was 71 Million.

Where is the investigations for
Main Street investors that have lost BILLIONS❓️❓️

When NWBO filed their lawsuit no investigation was opened up.

When MMAT MMTLP Bankruptcy case exposed the level of market manipulation and filed 11 complaints and a class action.
