@TastingHistory1 I don't cook very often and fry even less, but I watched your video on Byzantine fritters and just HAD to try it! Dough came out a bit spongy/SUPER sticky, and was a bit hard to cut, but they still fried up nice! (Put honey and cinammon/sugar on em...) DELISH!
