Hi @amazonIN recently I have ordered a product which was scheduled to be delivered today . There was no call from the delivery agent . While connecting to you support team . They informed that product was faulty and returned back to seller asked me to order again.

@AmazonHelp Why dint contact details of the delivery agent was not shared ? But for other products which i ordered you do share contact details with pincode. That comes in app notification , in email as well as in message .
