@newschambers @IMO_IRL@health_irish Contract hasn't been updated in years and is standard for all NCHDs each change over. The general vibe I'm getting is you can't breech a contract that doesn't exist!
@newschambers @IMO_IRL@health_irish Each time you change for training (3 to 6 monthly depending on scheme) you essentially move to a different job. Asked HR this week if it was an oversight that I had yet to receive a contract, was told that there was not enough HR staff to ensure NCHDs received contracts on time
