More depressing data to share. The age at which women in the workplace are taken seriously seems awfully narrow. We are too old or too young. When are we seen as “just right” from an age perspective?

@drtcp @Forbes I interviewed a very nerdy and smart guy once and at the end of his 2nd interview I ask him if there was anything he wanted me to know that he’d not had the opportunity to share yet. He replied very seriously, “I am funny.” Hired him. Turns out he was funny!
