@AirIndiaX Yesterday I got a call and an email saying that the flight IX 2675 is cancelled for the date im flying in July, but when I tried calling @airindia customer service they said flight's status is not showing up as cancelled from their side.

And for how long will it take to be reflecting in both @airindia and @AirIndiaX 's systems? And when will be stop getting pushed from one customer care to another?

But today air india express customer service is saying the flight is indeed cancelled but I have to rebook only via Air India! if the flight is cancelled why is it turning up in your portal as well as 3rd party aggregators like ixigo?
