Let me break this down for you. It’s a little old concept called supply and demand.
Over the last 40 years our population has grown by 15million people. In that same time house prices have risen exponentially because the demand is higher than the supply. For 10 years we have been building on thousands upon thousands of hectares of farmland and there’s still a shortage of housing. Maybe , just maybe it’s the uncontrolled immigration that’s causing the housing shortage, because there wasn’t any shortage before this mass invasion over the last few decades.
