Here’s an idea: How about Senators and House of Representatives members receive a salary that is the median of their state/district salary plus another 20% above that. They actually make more than the average constituents, their bosses, the people they are working for. Not crazy?
@ScottOdenbach If you’re looking for ideas and/or solutions regarding issues concerning the state of South Dakota from, say, the South Dakota House Majority leader, you’ll be out of luck. You’ll only find retweets.
@ScottOdenbach How many years have Republicans had a majority/super majority in the SD legislature? Have they ever seriously attacked the challenge or just talked about it?
@ScottOdenbach Amazingly this guy is a South Dakota State Representative and yet never tweets anything about the state of South Dakota. Much easier to retweet from the balcony than stand in the arena.
