There are ~7 million Palestinians which are Levant Arabs. 3.4m in the West Bank, 2.1m in Gaza and rest inside Israel.
%2 of non-Israeli Palestinians will have been happy to co-exist with 🇮🇱 according to their own polls.
Israel can only be a melting pot to people who want to be part of it. You melt up somebody who wishes to burn you down
@burgeoning_mad@Osint613 All Palestinians who do not want the destruction of Israel and othe minorities already have equal rights in Israel. Go and see for yourself
@ByRakeshSimha None should.
This is anarchy and tribalism.
Governments should uphold the rule of law but this film is a symptom of them doing a lousy job.
However the right lesson must be to stand up for your citizen rights, not to burn down everybody involved as a revenge.
You are not fighting Israel.
You are destroying your own future.
By spreading lies, inverting reality, punishing the victim and rewarding the perpetrators, all for social media attention, you are tearing your society apart.
You demonize a country you know almost nothing about, while attacking your strongest allies and the very people who have contributed the most to America in science, medicine, and innovation.
Instead of hating and demonizing Israel, you should be learning from it.
This small nation works together, fights together, farms together, and survives together. It has shown remarkable resilience and deterrence while fighting barbarism on multiple fronts. A model that has survived for 5,000 years, not because of numbers or propaganda, but because of its essence, and will to live.
The most heavily armed nation on earth is also the most divided. When the supply chains collapse, those guns won’t protect you, they will turn against you.
Today you turn against Israel.
Tomorrow you will turn against each other.
The IRGC’s real goal isn’t forcing Israel to withdraw from Lebanon, it’s forcing Israel to surrender to Hezbollah.
They want to humiliate Trump, break the US-Israel alliance, and prove that challenging America pays off.
Closing the Strait of Hormuz and escalating in Lebanon are part of the same strategy: divide America from Israel.
Both Washington and Jerusalem must wake up to the real game being played.
Everyone will have their take on the deal.
Mine is kinda what you'd expect.
1. Trump caved. The early-May naval attempt to break the closure of Hormuz -- Project Freedom -- could have worked. He didn't give it a chance.
2. He may nevertheless have done the right thing from an American perspective. On the larger chessboard, the one where America is curtailing Chinese lines of influence and supply on all fronts, he's gotten everything he needs. Iran's nuclear program is also set back dramatically. And worrying about gas prices come November is an extremely valid concern for an American president.
As I argued back in February, the US and Israel weren't fighting the same war. Roughly 80% of each side's war overlapped with the other's. But toward the end, their interests would diverge and America would bow out.
And so it was.
3. Israel remains in the region, Hezbollah remains ensconced in Lebanon and committed to murdering us all, Iran remains the same muqawama regime it always was, committed to mass-murder and mass-sacrifice of its own people. The decades-long war between the muqawama ideology and the Jews of Israel continues.
4. Israelis owe the United States a vast and abiding debt of gratitude for what it has done to Iran's missile and nuclear programs. That this finished on America's timetable rather than ours, that it was doing it for its own interests and not ours, these don't diminish the fact that we received from America more than we had a right to ask for.
5. And still, #3 remains true. We fight on. Because that regime is undeterrable, actually wants to destroy us all, and like the Nasserist ideology that once sent army after army at us to destroy us, will require a few more wars and perhaps another decade or two to defeat completely.
6. The new IRGC military dictatorship now in charge in Iran is built to survive catastrophe. But not to govern, reform or build anything of value.
Some commentators on the deal have suggested that the most damaging thing you could do to the Iranian regime at this point is send it back to its embittered people to try to govern the peace.
I think they might be onto something. It'd be a much safer and happier and more peaceful region if the regime falls from within and a new and better day dawns for the long-suffering people of Iran.
Iran won. Qatar won. Turkey won. Saudi Arabia won. Islam won. The west yet again is simply too weak and too easily manipulated to ever see what is coming.
I’ve had this post sitting in my drafts for almost three weeks. I saw this day coming. I’ve been warned not to post it because it will piss off people in America. Why should it? Why are people unable to voice an opinion because it may upset Americans? I love America. That hasn’t changed. I love Americans. That hasn’t changed. But if I get hundreds or thousands of Americans unfollowing me or blocking me because I voice my opinion and they don’t like it because they will die for their President, then they’re not really any different to the liberal leftists who do exactly the same.
There is no point trying to sugarcoat it or play mental gymnastics to portray it any other way. The naval blockade achieved nothing. The strikes on Iran’s navy and senior leaders achieved nothing. When you are dealing with ideologically driven jihadists and annihilationists, they simply do not care about the things that matter to us.
Look at the war. We went in with clear objectives and achieved none of them. Iran still has its enriched uranium. It still murders its own people. It still funds and directs its proxies against Israel. It still has its missile program. And now it controls the Strait of Hormuz as well regardless of the desperate spin to claim otherwise.
If Iran was truly hurting the way analysts and “experts” claimed, it would have made at least one concession. But it made none. The United States, on the other hand, walked back on almost a dozen demands. At this point, justifications no longer matter. They will not change the reality on the ground.
We have to look at this pragmatically. The Arab states’ support for the ceasefire is not really about American shortcomings or its inability to finish wars. It is about neutering Israel’s ability to defend itself.
They claim Iran will restrain its proxies, but those proxies include many groups beyond Hamas and Hezbollah. If those groups attack Israel and Israel responds, history shows the media and Arab states will immediately blame Israel for breaking the ceasefire while ignoring the initial attacks. And Donald Trump set that precedent even more so.
For the Arab states this is perfect. They watched the United States strike Iran while Iran absorbed the blows and emerged stronger. They now have their ultimate weapon, their new champion, in their centuries-old goal of destroying the Jewish people.
This is not complicated. It is Islam versus the West, and Islam came out the victor because the West care more about material things and money than survival. They claim morality but have none.
There is no way to overstate how dangerous this moment is. Every Islamic terrorist group is now far more emboldened. They believe they can wage jihad without consequence. This “deal” is not a deal. The United States, and Europe who pressed for it, have handed Islam a historic win, and what comes next will be more unpredictable and darker than we can imagine.
If this deal does go through, which seems likely, and Netanyahu knew about it and rolled over and accepted it, then he needs to go. It is a betrayal of every sacrifice and every life lost over the past three years. The domino effect of this will hit Israel harder than anyone else. Of course American isolationists are joyous at the moment. It’s us fighting to survive. They couldn’t care less and as we’ve seen, many of them want us gone as much as the jihadists do. And Trump gave them all what they wanted. It will embolden everybody to pressure Israel into ceding land “or else”. It is so dangerous and I cannot possibly stress this enough.
I’ve heard all the comments of “but Iran will break the ceasefire and never honor the deal”. And they miss the point that it doesn’t matter.
This doesn’t stop a war. You literally need to be an idiot to think that. This guarantees a much worse war. Well done.
