@ThisisDramaland Have real issues with ur app,smh since this is the only place to contact ur support that I can find is even more crazy . I need attention with this issue.
@Wise I regret now doing a deep dive before engaging with this company, i would have seen all the unhappy customers. Not sure how this company got this far. Ppl should look elsewhere for this type of service !!
@Wise your customer service or business practice is horrible, i will be sharing my email thread conversation with ppl on social media so they have a clear view on how your customer service/company handles issues. Not sure how this company made it this far.
@Wise Complaint already sent/filed with the UK ombudsman an regulatory body there. Why would i continue a further conversation with your customer support, i've done that already through email, which you and social will get a chance to look into it further,i regret nothing but regret
