My cold has been a lot better today and I've gotten sleep etc except I sneezed maybe 10 minutes ago and blood immediately started pouring out of my nose. Cant tell if it's as a result of my nose being dry, blowing my nose a lot etc or if it's related to something else.

@Mx_Error literally like i wouldn't be able to safely survive on a vegan or vegetarian diet because the majority of non meat proteins are sensory hell for me and i already have to be careful with what i eat cus of mcas too

had sm hot showers to reduce my phlegm that my hairs faded so much faster than i wanted it too 💔💔 i got it done like 4 weeks ago and the colour has already dulled sm fuuuuuck

if his hypothesis turns out wrong btw it will be easily discovered by meds not working and me getting diarrhoea for a lil but in that case he says to stop med n arrange follow up once tests results are in

update this gp appointment went well and the doctor thinks its bile malabsorption so theres a stool test and a months worth of a new medication for me to try which if it improves my symptoms confirms that hypothesis and yeah im never leaving this gp he's locked in

Got my GP appointment for my gi issues today but might try to see if he can give my cold symptoms a quick look over just to reassure me it's not anything else.
