After going through various discussions, we agreed to continue the PepeBorn project, but not in SEI, because it seems that SEI no longer has potential, so we decided to migrate to Solana

@tientruong1302 We're working right now on developing some tools in SEI V2, and we need to think about a few things, whether we're going to migrate all the NFTs to another Chain or stay in SEI V2, but what is clear is that we're developing Tools in EVM, so we can take it with us wherever we go

Note : That's not now (Fusion), we'll wait for the SEI V2 Launch (a plan I heard will launch mid-year/june if there is no delay) to do Fusion, but don't worry, we will continue to involve NFTs in SEI V1 in every project in PepeBorn until finally NFT Basic in SEI V1 can do Fusion

We decided to launch our token on the BASE Chain
Because it makes more sense for us to launch it on the EVM chain, since SEI V2 itself will be on the EVM, it's easier for us to build Multichain and others
