@NowThenSunshine Holidays are go …. Thank you so much for creating this calendar, as you can see last year’s was well used and a lovely little record of our family’s summer. It’s very generous of you to give such a beautiful and helpful calendar for free.
@virginiahume Last night, 6th June, I took a moment to walk to the war memorial in Swanage and took a photo looking out to the beach of the memorial plaque dedicated to the US 1st Infantry division. A lone piper was playing, such a beautiful moment. We will not forget.

A grey, drizzly commute brightened up by a great podcast with @thosethatcan and @senresourceblog to start year 28 of my teaching career. I’m privileged to love my work and despite all the challenges I wouldn’t want to do anything else.
@chrisdysonHT The problem with these questions is that tactical voting is key in some constituencies. The ballot paper vote may not be for our preferred party, but done to help them gain power. As you say bring on the election.
@missgeog92 The fabric, the stationery and even before these posts New York was my no.1 place to visit. Thanks for taking us along on your solo trip it’s been inspiring x
@cea_forster A few days short of 50 and went for a pink skirt. The audience were v much on theme! Love it when an audience embraces the film and becomes part of the experience.
@CharteredColl
I’ve received a text saying my email is unrecognised. I know this and sent an email which you have not responded to saying I cannot access my account as it’s in an old work email address. I can’t reply to the text and can’t log in due to the old email. Please help
@CollinsTeach SEN teacher and have always had school branded polos/ fleeces/ jumpers. Happy to wear these as they are practical, smart and I don’t need to worry about my own clothes being spoilt. Also no stress about what to wear each day.
I am@using this in my new complaint to the LGO. 3 years later there has been absolutely no progress within our local SEND team. I would argue they are even more unprofessional. This time it’s really simple, amendments to a EHCP the incompetence is staggering …
Yesterday I spoke to the Govt Ombudsman.
It’s now taken 1+year to amend an EHCP.
In one version another child’s name is used.
The LA failed to meet the deadline set by mediation.
A final EHCP was issued w’out our consultation.
This is my desired outcome for all SEN CYP
@SensibleSENCO Ooh that was a very big question to ask and quite subjective. It’s a great idea to try and collect the variety of questions asked by inspectors in all different settings. I liked that our questions could be supported with evidence and related to the CoP.
An interesting survey to complete. Personally, the focus needs to be on supporting teens. Our experiences this year have been truly shocking, support is coming from schools and not our local adoption agency or Cahms.
Last year 87% of new adopters told us their social workers were supportive during the early months. How’s it been for you? Tell us your experiences to inform the way adoption agencies work. https://t.co/uaCAOzWcV7 #adoptionbarometer23
