It really worked for her because she loves doing it. Is there anything you love doing or would love to do that would be a distraction........

I used to work with a young girl who felt exactly the same as you with her urges and the DBT team would say the same thing. She did her list and still had urges and voices. She distracted herself with arts and crafts, she used to do something called decoupage.........
