Crimson Tide OL Kadyn Proctor Shares Team Update—And His Favorite Meal to Cook
Alabama offensive lineman Kadyn Proctor spoke with Charlie Potter and me during a brief media availability at Wilkin Formby’s youth football camp.
Proctor touched on several topics, including the team’s mindset heading into the season, current summer conditioning, and a personal favorite—his go-to meal in the kitchen. He even shared a special recipe passed down from his dad.
It’s always great to see so many Alabama players giving back to the Tuscaloosa community—and Proctor is clearly embracing that leadership role both on and off the field.

A 504 Plan is like adding a ramp to help a student access the school, while an IEP is like building a custom path to help them learn in a way that works best for them. #SpecialEducation#IEPvs504
