Just recceived another feedback from the job completion survey from a happy client, our guys even played with the dogs!

We send our clients a survey link via SMS as soon as the job completes to get feedback as to if there were any issues, allows us to resolve them quickly. We rarely get issues, however if we do this allows us to get them sorted straight away. #greatservice

We keep in touch with our clients throughout the job and upon our team finishing we send a survey link by text checking that all went well, giving the client while it is fresh in their mind the opportunity to let us know of any issues and how we could improve
