I am sickened to see protesters dance on the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and desecrate the National War Memorial. Generations of Canadians have fought and died for our rights, including free speech, but not this. Those involved should hang their heads in shame.
A service was held for the passing of WWII vet, Master Warrant Officer George Chow, he was 99 y.o. George has said: “All my heroes are the guys we left behind.” Today his #family & #15thFieldArtillaryRegiment honoured George for who he was, a Canadian Hero. #Service#LestWeForget
WARNING: Good News Story!
This is an amazing story. Our @VanFireRescue crews (B shift halls #17 & #5) found this pup in the fire unit.
While he did suffer a minor burn and smoke inhalation we hear that he’s doing well!
Thank you!
