Morning,
If your new man’s ex contacts you to warn you that he’s violent, abusive or dangerous, there’s a fucking reason why she’s stuck her neck out for you. He will say she’s a ‘psycho’ and ‘jealous’. But you need to listen to her and talk to her. Don’t get your back up.
Incredible to see and experience AI tools lifting the heavy admin burden. However, saving time is only half the battle, we have to ensure operational demands don't just expand to fill the gap. The goal must remain more human care, not just more capacity!

@PhilTay17094326@itvnews Have you ever heard of the saying "if you've nothing nice to say, don't say anything"? Well now you have. You're never too old to show compassion.
Absolutely can relate to all points in Warren's reflective post. It's everywhere, it's here in Lancashire. But I certainly feel powerless to make a change, we are silenced for challenges from those who are not in front line practice. Budgets! We need to unite!
I see this cycle constantly:
• Homeless
• Wants rehab
• System: "No address, no referral"
• Council: "Duty Met"
Setting people up to fail isn't a glitch, it’s the design. Thoughts! Change needed @KwajoHousing? 🏚️🚫
@MartinSLewis It would depend on if the one who had a lower income and any disabilities, as not to lose their share, I wouldn't wish for it to go to the state (In trust 100%).
I would have a convo with both and get their view first.
@MartinSLewis Staffed 100%. We are social creatures and need that interaction, not with a machine that constantly has a red light activated and a camera, when challenged about GDPR and who's the data controller etc, managers don't know. I don't want a society run by tech in place of humans.
