The 7th Assam State Finance Commission today submitted its report to HCM Dr. @himantabiswa at Lok Sewa Bhawan.
The Commission was constituted to provide comprehensive recommendations on strengthening the financial framework of Panchayats and Municipal Bodies and ensuring the effective utilisation of their resources.
