Yesterday after school at cooking club, some Year 5s made pitta pizzas! We cut and prepared our sauce and toppings! They were delicious 🧑🏽‍🍳🍕🫑🧅🧀

Yesterday in Year 5, we spent time exploring the different ways we can be good Stewards of Creation. We were detectives looking at ways our planet is being damaged and came up with actions we can do to help the planet! 🌍🕵🏻

Today we had a zoom call with Helen O’Brien from the Imperial College London. We loved learning lots of new facts about the Sun and asking our questions. @imperialcollege ☄️☀️

Today we had our first science lesson of Year 5. We were checking our prior knowledge on Earth and Space 🌎🌙. We looked at how day and night happen, checked our vocabulary and interviewed an astronaut! 👩🏼‍🚀🧑🏾‍🚀

Year 5 loved their first session with Leeds Rhinos 🦏. We really enjoyed improving our dribbling skills and ability to control the ball. Well done Year 5! ⚽️
