1/ SFDA @BrookeJenkinsSF announced today that her office secured a conviction of Chi Chung Stephen Cho, after a trial by jury for driving under the influence on the Bay Bridge westbound near Yerba Buena Tunnel.
3/ For the most serious DUI felony cases, we established a Felony DUI Vertical Prosecution Unit w/ a grant from the @OTS_CA, through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (@NHTSAgov).
2/ Mr. Cho was convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol & driving w/ a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.08 percent or greater. Our office takes all driving under the influence cases seriously & seeks to hold offenders accountable in all cases.
